Serving as Construction Manager, Ivey’s completed extensive HVAC upgrades and facility improvements throughout the entire Titusville High School campus. The scope of work included the installation of a new HVAC system and the replacement of all existing Direct Digital Controls (DDC) in 17 buildings on an active school campus.
The Ivey’s team also replaced the air handling unit in Building 10, the store front in Buildings 14 & 15, the wall mounted BARD unit, A/C units, and exhaust fans in multiple buildings. The work also included replacing doors, painting the exterior of buildings, and the installation of charging stations and new exterior mounted LED light fixtures throughout the Titusville High School campus.
