Ivey’s Construction was responsible for replacing the existing cooling towers at Titusville High School with new units installed in different locations. The work included installation of new pads, foundations, bollards, fencing, etc. The project also consisted of replacing two existing chillers that includes new variable speed pumps, as well as replacing existing pumps with new hot water pumps, hot water valves, and replacing roof top unit on Building 22. The scope of work included making modifications to the controls & electrical for new equipment, testing, adjusting, and balancing the new systems, and installation of a new door chiller to electrical room.
