As a key member of the Canaveral Port Authority’s Emergency Response Team, Ivey’s was on site within hours of the storm’s passing and performed emergency assessment and emergency response which allowed the Port to re-open cargo and cruise vessels in less than twenty-four hours.
Ivey’s restoration included torn and missing canopies, interior water damage, damaged roofs, broken windows, and damage to interior finishes. Ivey’s worked hand in hand with Port Staff, Brevard County Sherriff’s Department, The US Coast Guard and Customs and Border Protection throughout the duration of the project while minimizing impact to Port operations and visibility to Port guests.
