Ivey’s Construction provided construction management services that involved furnishing and installing new chiller pumps, as well as the demolition of two old B&G pumps, the installation of two new pumps, and piping modifications. The scope of work included installation of two Variable Frequency Drive’s in NEMA 3RX enclosures, two triple-duty valves, power for two new pumps, two control valves, pipe labeling, and chiller programming modifications. Additionally, the installation of 18 wall mounted temperature and humidity sensors was performed. The project was completed on time and well under budget.
