The Kodak Kiosk Building Project at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex consisted of civil, landscape, architectural, structural, and electrical work.  The main structure was constructed with continuous footings and a concrete masonry stem wall system.  Split face concrete masonry units were installed with a concrete tie beam for the main wall system.  The exterior architectural features include aluminum metal wall panels and three exterior steel canopy covers over the large building openings.  A built up roof  was installed over a metal deck and insulation board system.  The civil and landscape package included a new storm drain system tied into the existing system, vinyl perimeter fencing for guest security control, an irrigation system and landscaping. This project was completed by Ivey’s during the normal operating hours of the Visitor Complex with no downtime to park operations or impact to the guest experience.
