The Moon Rock Café renovations involved the installation of themed lighting fixtures, LCD menu display screens, patterned tile flooring, patterned wall tiles, serving stations, a point-of-sale system and a dining area. This project also included upgrades and modifications to the kitchen equipment. In addition to the Moon Rock Café, Ivey’s also performed renovations in the Apollo Saturn V Center, which was active throughout construction. Ivey’s construction schedule minimized impacts to facility functions by coordinating with the owner and working second shifts, as required, which resulted in zero downtime for the facility.
