The design-build team of Skanska/Ivey’s Construction/BEA Architects/BRPH/Stottler Stagg designed and constructed the $26 million, two-story, 120,000 sq. ft. cruise terminal for the Canaveral Port Authority.

The project had a short timeframe that required a fast-track schedule and with a congested location adjacent to other busy cruise terminals, and a concurrent waterfront wharf construction project.

The state-of-the-art facility presents many important features that provide a great passenger experience while balancing the security requirements of the CBP (Customs and Border Patrol) and Carnival Cruise Lines operations.
