The state-of-the-art 750-car parking garage and retail area provides parking and retail space to support Cruise Terminal 6 (also an Ivey’s design-build project), and also for the existing Cruise Terminal 5. The Ivey’s/Skanska/Finfrock design features a two-story 274,543 sq. ft. precast concrete structure that includes 19,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
