Ivey’s was selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Canaveral Port Authority’s largest and most complex project in Port Canaveral history, the new Cruise Terminal 3. Ivey’s, as Prime, lead the CM efforts on nearly $80,000,000 of work under some of the most challenging conditions imaginable. Ivey’s accomplished this by aggressively collaborating with all stakeholders, including the Canaveral Port Authority, design team, US Customs and Border Protection, Homeland Security, the US Coast Guard, local regulatory agencies and authorities having jurisdiction, Carnival Cruise Lines, and many others.

The state-of-the-art terminal is two stories, approximately 200,000 square feet and the home of Carnival Cruise Line’s newest and largest cruise ship ever, the Carnival Mardi Gras.
