Ivey’s Construction and Finfrock were selected as the Design-Build Team for Canaveral Port Authority’s Cruise Terminal 3 Parking Garage. The parking garage is six levels with 1,800 parking stalls. The Ivey’s / Finfrock Team designed a parking garage that not only met the project budget but also improved the functionality, durability, and aesthetic values.
The Cruise Terminal 3 Parking Garage represents Ivey’s local knowledge in that the Ivey’s / Finfrock team have now been contracted to design and build four of the six parking garages at Port Canaveral.
