In just two months, Ivey’s Construction completed renovations on the SCAT Cocoa Bus Shelter within the Guaranteed Maximum Price Budget and ahead of schedule. Ivey’s scope of work included erection and installation of the bus shelters, demolition of old pole shelters, tree roots, concrete pavers and the construction of a new concrete slab with shelter foundations, landscape work and electrical maintenance.
