This project consisted of renovating an existing lounge area adjacent to the entrance of the Brevard Central Library to create a café food service venue. The room layout was revised and additional walls were installed to maximize usability. Included in this project was the addition of HVAC, fire alarm, fi re sprinkler, electrical, and plumbing systems to support the food service equipment. All utilities were tied into the existing systems during non-operational hours. Further renovation included the addition of a storefront entry door, new ceilings, and a millwork package. This project was completed within an active facility with no impact to daily operations, on time, and within budget.
