Ivey’s Construction, Inc. was the Construction Manager for the Wickham Park Regional Pavilion Project. The 12,240 sq. ft. pavilion will be used for Brevard County Parks and Recreation activities and events, such as Movies in the Park and is available to the public to rent.
The pavilion consists of 35 paved parking spaces, 112 overflow parking spaces, restrooms, a warming kitchen, and holds up to 698 people.
