Ivey’s scope of work included the construction of a new 4,956 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building and parking pad, and concrete, civil and MEP work. The project team included Ivey’s Construction, Inc., Architects RZK, and Atkins with project oversight by Brevard County Facilities. Construction was completed within the perimeter of the existing Utility Maintenance Facility which is home to the Daily Operations Center and Vehicle Storage. Construction activities were closely coordinated to account for daily and emergency operations by working closely and maintaining communication with the facility supervision.
