In just four months Ivey’s Construction completed the renovations to the Gibson Youth Center ahead of schedule and within Guaranteed Maximum Price Budget. The Gibson Youth Center is a full-service facility that serves the community with educational, athletic, and wellness programs.
Ivey’s scope of work included the replacement of the gymnasium floor with Mondo high-performance sports flooring, the furnishing and installation of new cold-formed metal stud plywood walls over existing pre-engineered building framing around the gymnasium’s perimeter, painting, lead abatement and concrete floor infill.
