Wedge 4 has five floors and a total of approximately 900,000 square feet. Ivey’s Construction, Inc. self performed the installation of the structural and miscellaneous steel that comprised of concrete masonry unit blast clips, stairs, bridges, structural infill’s, shaft openings, elevator beams and supports, handrails, lavatory supports, and automatic door supports. Further support activities performed include active participation in structural design, connection design, detailing, fabrication, scheduling, cost estimate pricing, and value engineering.
