General Contractor for a Kennedy Space Center Visitors Center that included  the renovation of the existing information center, the addition of a new entry plaza, the renovation of existing facilities to create the "Robot Scouts" exhibit and the  construction of a new theater for the "Quest for Life" movie. Ivey's self performed all  concrete, masonry, metal framing and drywall work.
